Stalling out troubles and error codes

Stalling out troubles and error codes
I have a 2005 6.0 l f350
125000 km
7 months ago replaced my egr tube, oil cooler and two injectors. Cleaned up the egr valve and all seemed good. Its been months now with good service.
Now just in the pas weeks it has been stalling out just as you hit the gas. It will hesitate then go. Just ever so slightly. Today was bad and it seemed like it was going to quite in the middle of the road. Pumping the accelerator finally it went.
Checked codes and had
P0404
P0405
P0460
P0463
Assuming it was a dirty egr, based on codes i took it out and cleaned it. It didn't look very dirty, but though maybe there was a chunck of something that was. Ot allowing it to close fully.
Put ti back in and cleared the codes
Two blocks later i have
P0404
P0405
Does this mean my next step is to replace the egr valve.
Makes me think maybe the egr valve has been week for a while and maybe helped cause my egr tube failure. Only about 6000 km since egr tube replace.
Thoughts.
The other two codes i had before seem realted to low power to sensors. But might be all screwed up from the egr errors

cleaning a valve with a p0405 is a waste of time. the a coil is shorted or shorting out. its an internal malfunction.

Guess its off to Ford for a new EGR valve.

I replaced the EGR Valve today and have about 40km on it now and no codes and no stalling our when steeping on the gas.
Once again this site has been an incredibly useful tool, that saves me headache and cash.
But I had to pay $400 for the EGR Valve at Ford in the small town I am visiting (Oouch!) and about $30 worth of tools to do it as I did not bring any with me. That sucked!
