Left turn vibration-noisless
The vibration almost feels like a rumple strip but there is no noise. It only happens when I make a slow sharp left hand turn like at a parking lot or left turning lane at a red light from a dead stop. It doesn't always do it so I can't replicate it. It may go several days without doing it again.
Nothing appears to to loose or broken and the drivetrain runs fine.
I thought it might be a tire but the shop checked them and said the are okay. I did have them rotated and balanced anyway.

Not sure but have you changed the rear differential oil recently? I changed mine and after 2000 miles I also started getting a rumble from the rear end when I turned left from a stop. But it didn't do it all the time. Mostly in the morning when it sat for a while. Once I drove around it didn't do it. Once I added more friction modifier it went away. Just a idea.
BTW, I'm not the original owner. I bought the truck a couple years ago at 74,000 miles, truck now has 101,000 miles.
Is there something else I don't know of?
Also, the vibration does not occur when backing up in a slow left turn like when backing out of the driveway or moving a trailer.
Just thought I'd update everyone who's following this. I changed the fluid in rear diff like recommended and found lots metal flakes in the oil and chunks of gear teeth in the bottom. After changing the oil and taking it to the dealership they found a spider had come apart and fragged the internals. The were able to save the ring and pinion but all else had to be rebuilt.
The mech who tore it down said that one of the previous owners had burned up the rear end and did a half *** job of trying to rebuild it. Looked like somebody had pulled very heavy loads up steep hills. Apparently it's a common issue as he said he rebuilt a few this year with the same problem.
That lightened my wallet by $2000.
