If you have access to a deuce and a half 6x6 that will make it relatively quick work of the tree just keep it in 6L for pulling power...
No it won't. I tried pulling a 18-20" stump out with mine. It was about 3' tall, so I had good leverage. I was pulling down a very steep hill, and my front axle was on concrete. Stump didn't budge.
There was no digging or root cutting either, so that didn't help a bit. A Deuce will work in the OP's situation with a 3/8 CHAIN wrapped around/under it like in his first video.
