Harbor freight here, and also the wheel off the vehicle (If it's removed) towards the middle of the vehicle under the frame rail just in case

I have the 3.5 ton Arcan from costco and its pretty stout. I was also at costco today and saw they had an Aluminum 2.5 ton for smaller projects if need be.

This is what I've been using for a while.

It's lifted anything I've ever needed it to; like my Super Duty's front end with an additional 700 lb snow plow hanging from it.

I bought mine with an online coupon a while ago.

Aww crud! This thread has me wanting to spend money.

Now I'm talking to the CFO of the house to see if we can buy this in December: (I give it a 50/50 chance.) About $2500 with a couple of options. I can buy and pick it up in it in Delaware, about 30 miles away from me, without sales tax. 10,000 lb rated.
