Glow plug question

Glow plug question
My trucks a 94. Ive read some.trucks have fusible links. Im assuming mine has maxi fuses correct?
Now onward. I put a waterpump on my truck. After that its seemed.harder to start. I remember wiggling my air cleaner and it arced off the GP relay/controller(it was a little.loose). this was a month ago. Now its gotten cooler(below 60) and my truck doesnt want to crank unless plaugged in. my WTS light i noticed stays on for a few seconds. I was wondering if i fried it. Ive NEVER heard an audible clickin for the gps since i bought it in jan. Only click i hear is when the ABS light goes off when u turn the key. But before this it would stay on 8-10 seconds but sometimes would still be a pain to get going.
Im gonna check the condition of the relay as soon as i get a 2nd
Trying to sell the truck to free up cash for my upcoming wedding so a cheaper fix the better
