White smoke start up

Ok I have 97 f 250 EC it has a dp and a ww, ts 6 chip, new lift pump. I have checked all gp and they ohm 1.6 on all of them the GPR reads on both post 11.6 just replace all orings on injectors. I was told the injectors are oversized but I have no idea for sure.
On start it blows white for about 2 min until it warms up a bit. The exhaust smells like fuel when cold. Once it warms up truck runs great Lot of power fun to drive. The person I got it from said the whole time he ha it it blew white smoke he replace all gp and the GPR I'm no kinda at a loss as to we're to look next.

That's real good miles. Compression should be good.

Yeah, 11.6 on both posts is good. Check the wire going from the relay to the engine harness over to the pass. side. You may have to pull some of the loom off the harness.

1.6 on the GP's is right at the border line. New ones ohm around .5

I'd put GP's in it.
