If you think about how many times those springs in those injectors have been compressed over 200,000 miles, they eventually start to fatigue and cracking pressure start to fall off, nozzles start to wear.
200k on a factory IP and injectors is pretty good and are probably due for replacement.
Pre turbo my truck would smoke so much white smoke at WOT you would think i was burning coolant instead of diesel...post turbo, the injector pump was tuned 'better' and it just has a slight loading haze at WOT...
