does the sun visors on my 53 f100 have a center bracket for the sun visors ,, i was told that they did not

My 54 doesn't.

 

Just the one bracket for each visor on my 53

 

ok thanks guys ,, i have a set of holes on each side in the middle ,,, i do have a rear view mirror there also , but i do have a set of holes for some reason

Robbie, look for a set of late fifty to early 60s Ford car visors in salvage yards or on the web. They have the same triangular mounts our trucks use. The visor part is a padded vinyl and look much nicer than the original flat Masonite ones I showed you. That is what I am using on my truck. Some even have an inward swivel mount on the end you could use and then you wouldn't have to fill the extra holes the previous owner made.

 

May have had the radio speaker that mounted in the center of the windshield header. See the Mid Fifty catalog.

 

Not on my 54. I don't recall seeing them on any of the mid fifties fords. Jag
