I've had nothing but problems with the truck since I bought it, and the last month has been a battle. I've had to replace the rear end, as well as just small tedious things, but it adds up.
Yesterday I drove to the gas station, upon coming out, my truck wouldn't start.
I had my buddy pull me back to my house and we started trying to chase the problem down. Thus far I've knocked off just about everything I could think of so I'm here for your help.
The battery is in great condition, even tried another battery to be sure.
I purchased a new starting sillinoid and installed it to no avail.
Chased down all my grounds
Starter is brand new, purchased not even 3 weeks ago.
I get nothing at all when I turn the key over, not even lights. I've also tried starting it from the sillinoid and I get absolutely nothing. I'm stumped and have no idea what could even cause this. Any and all feedback is much appreciated.
Do the headlights work? If so, turn them on. While watching the headlights,, try to start the truck. Do they go completely out when you turn the key to start or do they sit there and pretty much stay close to the same brightness?
