On the clutch switch, which is right above the gas pedal, there will be several wires. The ones for the start circuit are red with a blue stripe. Jumping the 2 of them will bypass the switch. You should have power to one of them when you turn the ignition to start.

I think I found it but I grabbed everything that I unplugged to take out the dash and pluged it back in and didn't have anything for that plug. Is there a like certain look to what plugs into it? If someone has a pic that'd help a ton.
Did you click the link in post 15? It has a picture. I just went out and looked at mine. The plug that would go to my clutch switch has 6 wires. The harness disappears up into the dash... I can see how it could have gotten folded up and lost if you had the dash out. I'm not sure if pulling the instrument cluster out would give you access or if you need to pull the dash back out.
