AC only cold at 2000+ RPMs

AC only cold at 2000+ RPMs
I never use the air conditioner, I like windows. My wife doesn't share my fondness for fresh air so when she is with me I sometimes gotta run that AC. Lately, it blows outside temp air after about 15 minutes. If I get the RPMs up, it will get cold again for a few seconds. Any suggestions?

Try giving this a look. I bet if you were to go out and tap the a/c clutch when it was not cooling, it would engage and get cold again.
Its really easy and can be done in less that 30 minutes.
