I'm not having any problems, just thought about throwing one in the spares box.

 

I have a '97 F350 and the seller's compatibility chart says it won't work for my truck. Sorry, but I have no information to share.

Have you tried an IH dealer or your Ford parts counter? Give them that part number and see what they have listed as a double-check.
