Try unplugging the ICP , to let the truck go into default mode it may start then ? your codes were cam shaft and crank shaft did the mechanic look at those sensers or even chase Chaf wires. I would get the Scan GaugeII your going use this or any other monitoring devise to read live data is a must.
ICP needs 540 to start the truck. If the pig tail is shorting out your Values will be off, pull the grey clip off and look real close for burnt or white wire, that could be shorting out you wont see bare wire .

Those codes come up on stalling and dieing... Also long crank no start irregardless if they are the issue or not.
Which means, those particular codes are helpful but also not very helpful at the same time.
