Bought another f100 a few months ago. She has had wondering steering issues since I bought it. So after replacing the tie rod end, drag link, and center link. I replaced the Power steering pump, steering gear, and hoses (All from Autozone). So here's my problem. The pressure hose leaks at the steering gear. I tighten it up and it still leaks. I initially thought that it was the hose from Autozone. So I took it back and ordered one from LMC. That didnt work. It still leaks. One thing I noticed is that the nut on that end does not thread all the way into the steering gear like the original one did. Actually about half of the threads are exposed. I think maybe they sent me a steering gear for a different year model. The only number I could get off of it is C6ar-3590-A . There was a 5 below the 9 if that helps any. Another thing to mention is that I have a 5" pulley on the PS pump. I think the original was supposed to be a 6 or 7". Check out the picture below. Any help is appreciated.
More than likely the seat that the hose seals against is bad. Take the hose off and look directly into the hole, you'll see a tapered seat that the hose's fitting seats against.
If it has a groove worn in it it needs to be replaced. This should have been done when they rebuilt it.
The hose seat is held in the steering gear housing by a light press fit. The way I replace them is to find a tap that will go in the hole of the seat. Pack the flutes of the tap with grease, this will help keep the metal filings out of the steering gear, run the tap in then screw the appropriate size screw in and pry out the seat.
Although, seeing that its a rebuilt you should be able to return it, PITA that it it will be to pull.
In case you're feeling adventurous.

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. I dont think I'm gonna press new seals in. I just paid over $200 for the stuff. Which makes me mad that once again I bought parts from "the Zone" and had issues with it. Now I gotta spend 45 mins to remove it and try to explain to them whats wrong with it. ;(
Just for future reference, when it comes to power steering boxes you can't beat Red Head Steering in Seattle. They not only "truly" rebuild the box, they correct a major design flaw. In the stock box the sector shaft rides on the cast iron housing, no bearings or bushings. This makes the housing wear out. Red Head bores out the housing and presses in needle bearings. Plus they regrind the spool and use special oversize *****.
And to top it off, the price is competitive with the chain stores. Mine cost $226.00 plus the UPS charges. They can either rebuild yours or you can use yours as a core and have them ship one from stock. Red Head Steering Gears - Steering Gear | Steering Gear Box
