I like 3.55 gears with 33" tires (that's what your 235/85-16s are). Sometimes you can't run overdrive at 55 (hills and curves), but that's what 4th is for! It can be a little doggy off the line, but I was able to live with it (I had a F-150 with 351W and E4OD, 3.55s and 235/85-16 tires).
If you end up needing to step into it hard a lot in 5th gear on your commute you could try leaving it in 4th more. Generally upshifting to 5th will give you the best mileage but if it's lugging too bad there you might get better mileage in 4th.
Going to 3.73 or 4.11 gears will give you more pick-up and may or may not affect your mileage (up or down?). But keep in mind that it runs about $1000 per axle to get the gears changed, so it ain't a cheap way to pick up a little performance or mileage.
