Good morning New york!!!!

Looks like today is going to be productive.

Nothing on the books, so I ought to get at least 2-3 naps in!

Rob, Rob, Rob.

It's only 60* here this morning, with a light breeze, and no humidity.

All that whining is spoiling the mood.......

Cliff note version...... front gas tank strap broke Friday evening on my way home from work as I was pulling into the gas station to get gas. Mechanic there put it back in place using one of my ratchet straps so it is going to the dealer to have the straps replaced as part of the recall that has been out for awhile. I was not in a hurry to get the recall done because the straps looked to be in good shape... but I guess that they were not.

Lose both of the straps, and that would probably have done it!!

Ironically Charlie, it was a neighboring district where this happened and I know a lot of the guys in that department and they would not have let me live it down if they were called in.

Actually, they take a pretty good whack.

I use a claw hammer in the corner to empty the gas out of them when I scrap the cars

The metal for some reason don't make a spark when you whack it

Might also be I'm not quite right.....
