So my '95 either needs a new throwout bearing, or a bearing inside the trans is shot... Really wish I had about $3k laying around and about a month to tear the engine/trans down and rebuild both...

It makes noise while decelerating, after accelerating and letting off the gas. It stops squealing when I push the clutch pedal. Does not squeal while idling... I'm afraid that it is internal transmission problems..

I don't do cold. AT ALL!! I need to get my shop built, so I can work through the winter. It will be heated to 72 degrees!!

yup sounds more internal.. TOB would only make noise while the clutch itself is being pressed in and out.

72 is too darn warm for shop work, Pat. 60 is about right, because if you stop moving and working for too long, you get cold. That way you optimize your time spent in your shop.. Unless of course you're hiding from your wife and/or kids.. then it is perfectly acceptable to keep the shop warmer

It's not too warm if you're working in shorts and a tank top!! I have a neighbor that has a heated floor, like what I want to get. He goes out to the shop in coveralls, takes them off, and then works in a t-shirt and shorts!!
