Gear swap and headers sounds like a good start to me. That's my opinion of course.

Gear change will not give you more 'power' by the way. It will help you 'feel' like their is more power though. Just FYI to the OP.

My bad I assumed that was understood. A gear swap will keep you in the sweet spot better is all I meant.

Yea, I have learned to clarify because we don't know exactly how much the OP knows. I just assume everyone is a newcomer unless I have previous experience with them.

I understand how gears work. Think I will do that first then start ordering intake, carb, and headers next. I appreciate all the help guys!
