2011 F250 taillight problem

Hello everyone, I got a used 2011 F250 with 6.7. I'm having a taillight problem where all my lights work but my running lights. They were working then all of a sudden quit. I looked at fuses all seemed good and the light bulbs were also. Maybe someone can tell me exactly what fuses to look at ?Plus the wiring harness by tow hitch I seen 2 hanging wires so that seems like the answer , wire is yellow with light blue stripe and one beside it is grey with black stripe. I can't tell where they would go to...I think pervious owner wired in a harness for goose neck trailer unless they come like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Travis, I've had good luck tracing wires Down with a power probe 3, it let's you power up things at the end of the wire also. Hope that helps some, I don't know the wire colors on your model.
