tail light wiring problem
hows it going everybody. i have a 74 ford f350 crewcab shortbed. and my tail light wiring is horrble. it seems the previous owner cut the harness halfway under the truck and installed a calterm trailer wiring harness. i has 4 wires. a red,white,green,brown. and mt tail light sockets have 3 a white red and black. now would anybody know where the wires go on the sockets? thanks

On the taillight socket I am pretty sure that the red is your turn signal, white is the ground and black is the running lights, although these don't sound like factory colors.
Are you trying to wire an after market plug or the actual tail lights for the truck?
