Inner bearing fun..
Alright here's my problem. Front Inner bearing has heated up due to friction and now it is "like" welded to the bar and backing plate. Any thoughts?

Cut most of the way through with a cutoff wheel, then split it with a chisel and remove. Clean it up with emery cloth

Make sure before you start packing new bearings etc that a new bearing will slide on & off easily.
