Hi Crystal, I may need your help! I'm taking my New 2013 6.7L into service for the dreaded 2-3 shifting tranny issue. I may need your help If I can't get this resolved. I'm trying to stay positive but after talking to the service adviser this morning, I'm not so sure. I'm taking her in this Thursday in the A.M. so I ill let you know how it goes.

My dealer didn't offer Line-X, but had a "local trim shop" that puts in a liner that's just as good. So I drove 100mi round-trip and had a Line-x sprayed. My son's dealer applied liner had a huge chunk knocked off the first time he went camping. Took it back for the lifetime warranty repair and knocked another chunk out the next time he went camping. I'm sure it's a different shop from what my dealer used but there's too many recommendations for a Line-X to ignore.
Did you get the dual alt's? I went back n forth over that one myself and decided the single was enough. I think the dual alt's would be the choice if I had some BIG power draw after-market toys or did extensive idling.

I ended up going with the single heavy duty alternator. My stock one has been fine on the 2012 so the heavy duty one on the 14 should be fine I figured.
I was running dual headrest monitors and a 900 watt amp and never had an issue with charging or alternator.

Just curious, did you discuss with the dealer how the SEIC is configured? I'm getting ready to order and am wondering how the SEIC is switched and displayed. Does the new 11,400 GVWR only apply to DRW trucks?
One more, can the TPMS be deleted on a SRW 350 order? Congratulations on your order.

11,400 is SRW only. DRW is higher. 13,xxx
SEIC is not hooked up, someone has to do that.. not displayed anywhere.
