Sudden Stalling

Sudden Stalling
Ok, i posted this question several months ago, however the problem hadn't happened again..untill yesterday. After sitting idling for a minute or so when i put it into drive or reverse it immediatly shudders, or dies. At the same time the water in fuel light and check engine light comes on. This doesn't happen everytime just every once and a while... three times today. It is a '02 with 63,000 miles diablo delta 54/78 flip switch and a homegrown tymar intake. Thank you all for any ideas on whatever this might be?

Sudden Stalling
rvfiver.... no, after restarting everything is fine and it runs no prob.
Since my first post earlier i had some timme to experiment and found out that it must be something the chip is changing with the tranny. When i am in 54 or 78 and idle for a minute or so it stalls when put into gear. When i leave it in stock mode it can idle and then go into gear everytime no problem.
Cookie... since this only happens when the chip is engaged, that wouldn't be the CMP would it?
So my question:
Ken, if i sent the chip to you, could you reprogram the chip so that the 54 and 78 settings do not change any tranny settings? If we left the tranny in "stock mode" might this help the problem? Thanks yall for the help

Have you actually pulled the chip and looked at it? It might not be a programming problem, just a loose/dirty connection.
I would suggest you pull it, clean the board again and re-install it with a bit of duct tape holding it in, then go from there.
