A/C quit...

I feel like I cannot win lately. Just Finished my EBPV delete buttoned everything up and went for a test drive everything worked amazing. Like a whole new animal! But now my a/c is no more. My clutch is not engaging. Fuse is good. tapped front of clutch with a/c on and no engagement. Compressor spins freely. Jumped low pressure line, nothing. If i manually jump clutch it engages fine, but the plug isnt putting out power. I'm coming to a loss right now can anyone give me some more troubleshooting steps?! The Haynes manual is about worthless and every thing on the net is about an intermittent clutch operation.
Thanks

I have the same issue. I even bypassed the pressure switch and nothing. I suspect something under the dash. I will let you know if I find anything

I believe there is a Schrader valve UNDER the switch, and it should close as soon as the switch is unscrewed.

The switch sits on it much like a tire's valve stem cap, so you shouldn't lose much refrigerant when you change the switch.

Seems kinda' illogical that you would take a part off, only to have a MAJOR refrigerant leak that could be dangerous to the eyes.

Oh, yea, that too. Use safety goggles!!! Some gloves would also be nice.....

Pop is right here (as usual).
Just disconnect the wires, screw the bad one off, screw new one on, reconnect wires and you are finished.

I got a similar problem with my A/C.. are you talking about that switch that is next to the compressor and at the top of the steel line pipe with wires attached?
