One note the trucks can be a bit sluggish at times when cold. It depends on a lot
of things as to if it's a problem or not. When things are not up to operating temps
the trans will shift differently do to the oil is still thick and shift timing is different
along with what gears are used when cold.
If you have any gauges that read live data that will help in getting to the bottom
of the problem.
