I can drive around at 11-1200RPM with no issues, at least with my setup, in fact, I probably drive around at those RPM's most of the time. But Peak torque is a whole other issue, I will have a better idea when I get the new engine up and running, and everything is totally smooth, but in my opinion, peak torque is best put to the test with a load on the truck. In double OD, my truck is right about 1800RPM@70mph, and it really drives well about 70-75, just feels really full. Much above or below that it doesn't feel as good.... Until I get it on a dyno, I just don't know though. People often forget that the application of torque matters just as much as the torque itself, it gets pretty dynamic... I think the biggest thing with my cam, and this isn't to take anything away from any other cam, is the driveability. The biggest compliment I get about my cam is about how it feels, it makes the IDI much more of a driveable engine...

Hm... Forgive me for asking this, but what is 'your cam'? What do you have on it currently, what are the specs?
