2001 7.3 no start no codes

I have a 2001 f350 7.3 automatic no start no codes. Abs light is on sensor wire is rubbed through because of tire. Started with abs light on before so i know thats not the problem. Has new starter relay all fuses good new cps tried unplugging fuel bowl heater also tried ipr and icp. Has good voltage while cranking. battery and starter is good. Hpop level is inch from top has new melling lpop has good hpop. Good fuel pressure fuel pump turn on wts light comes on and goes off. 150-170 rpm while cranking oil level gauge goes up while cranking not sure if this is normal or not bur i hear a thumping noise coming from the passenger side while cranking.

any ideas on what else to check?
Thanks

Does the large wire on the back of the alternator have power? If not, you need to fix it now. You will not charge without it ? The power on the alt and aih come from the same source. A fusible link on the fender mounted starter solenoid you changed, if you put it on the wrong side of the solenoid or its bad, it could be the source of your trouble.

You need to monitor ICP pressure while cranking. Either with a scanner that can do this, or using a mechanical 0 - 3,000 psi gauge that is plumbed into either the ICP hole or one of the ports that has a plug in the oil rail for the driver side, and using one of the plugs for the passenger side.

We'll assume there's no smoke coming from the tailpipe while cranking, so now we need to determine if we're getting enough oil pressure to fire the injectors. If we are, we need to focus on the electrical side and after triple checking fuses, relays and wiring, starting to focus on IDM or PCM issues.
