If you can get the codes read that would help a lot. If you can't, make sure you have over 10.5 volts while cranking. Full of clean oil? Somebody else will chime in with some more things to check. Codes reading could save some time and maybe money.
yea but isnt going off after a while the CES light comes on too
I recently had starting issues after my DP Tuner install. it would crank but not fire. Originally someone told me to try a new CPS, but then determined since my fuel pump wasn't kicking in either it was something else. Turned out my PCM wasn't getting power because I pulled a wire loose.

If the WTS light stays on, the truck will not start. Nothing to do with the glow plug system. You've likely got a short somewhere. Do you have a chip or tuner? Try checking the wires that come up and over the drivers side valve cover. Wiggle that harness below and behind the square box with the key on and see if the WTS light goes out.
It needs to go off after 10-15 seconds or else there is a problem somewhere.
Yep, it the light doesn't go off, that's a sign there's a problem with the PCM getting power. If it's a chaffed wire, it can cause a PCM short to ground which will kill the truck or cause a no start condition.
