What are you using to pull the codes? What kind of shape are your batteries in? Make sure you've checked the battery connections and grounds for anything loose or corroded. Also check all your fuses with a test light.
Did the truck stall, or just fail to start one day? Does the wait to start light come on?
A friend of mine pulled the codes, im not sure what he used. An other friend of mine, mecanic, is coming tomorrow with his shop scanner to make sure on the codes.
batteries are about a month old, new high torque starter and starter solinoid about a month old as well.
the truck gradually lost all its power untill it shut off it self in a span of 400mile

This seems to point at the alternator. If It stopped charging the truck would have run off the batteries until they were dead. Sometimes if a battery goes that dead it may not come back.
alternator is good too, i changed the batteries because they were bad/not holding charge. In any case they are low now from trying to get the struck started, im charging them as we speak with a 12A charger.
not electrical power, i meat engine power to move the truck. normally the truck can get to 100mph without a problem, initial powerloss was when i notice the truck couldnt go past 70mph, after a brief stop to check things it was very hard to start and it had very little engien power to move the truck and the top speed was reduced to about 50mph, eventually the top speed went down below 45mph and didnt have enough engien power to climb a very small hill in the highway. Once on teh side of the road and at iddle, the puttign the go pedal to teh bottom wouldnt even create teh slightest acceration, like if you were not pressing the pedal. Lastly it died on its own.
You'll have a better understanding when Kevin pulls the codes. If he is using an AE or simular he'll be able to see what is going on. By what your describing it seems fuel or TPS related. But without the codes and tests you can't knw for sure.
it was running a bit rough at idle, if i let it idle it would have died. at wot and barely moving it didn't felt so rough but definitely somewhat like a miss. It had a blueish smoke before dying and white/greyish when attempting to start it. Now thats its cold and changed the fuel filter it doesn't emit any type of smoke while cranking.
edit: coughing and sputtering its what i call rough.. so yep something like that specially at idle.
I just ran a few test on it with a genesys system scanner with software v2.0
Injector Control pressure: peaked at 2600
Injector Press Reg duty Cycle %: when keywas at the on position it read 15% and raised to 39-44 when engine was cranking..
so, do i have a high oil pressure leak and also starving for fuel??
PS. i disconnected the batteries and removed the chip, the only code in the pcm was the 0306 related to power failure, once deleted from the pcm no code ever came up after cranking the truck for 5-6 times. So, i have no codes now?!?
Are you getting any smoke out of the tailpipe when cranking? Just from the way it sounds, it sounds like there was a restriction in the fuel system that has progressively gotten worse to the point that it is not getting fuel now. Can you open up the fuel bowl drain lever and turn the key on and see if fuel comes out?
High pressure oil looks fine to me. Is the fuel filter bowl full of fuel? Does the wait to start light come on with the key? Did he monitor vehicle voltage while cranking? What are the outside temps there right now? Any smoke out the tail pipe while cranking?
I'd start with checking the fuel bowl for fuel and possibly checking fuel pressure (have to put in a gauge for that. The scanner can't read fuel pressure). Can you hear the fuel pump humming when the key is first turned on?
