Is a compliment. I figured it'd get more views with that title. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, it's a strange feeling to actually receive it.

 

Yeah, I just read another thread where Clay is sending out an o-ring for one of his plenums while he's on the road to RRE. Now THATS, dedication to your customers, and why so many here are loyal to Riffraff.

 

That customer is me. That is why I started this thread. I can't tell you how cool it is that I don't have to wait for him to get back. I was freaking out!

 

Just installed a water pump from Clay last week. He even sent me a free sticker for my back window. How awesome is that? See yall Friday at RRE!

I think its cool when he answers the phone and even calls you back. He is dedicated

 

I agree, he called me back to check on the order I made and has answered the phone every time I called.

 

I came across a little bit of money and almost went nuts on a shopping cart with him. When I called he talked me in to being smart and logical with my money. Great guy.

 

This is why at 1am last night I met up with the Riffraff crew on there way to TN. They made a short stop over night at my business,to try and get some sleep.

I was able to make a small pay back for the service I have received in the past from Clay.

 

Hard to beat Clay...PERIOD

 

You are just as much of a bad azz as Clay. Folks like you keep this country running. Thank you so much for making me proud to be an American!

 

I have to say that in my dealings with Clay, I have not shared with the forum here all that Clay has done for me.

I am learning that I'm not the only one who has received his benificent customer service. I just hope that I can some day know that I have successfully given back to Clay as much as he has done for me.

Got my first box with yellow tape the other day. Ordered on THU afternoon and in my box on SAT. AM. Had to leave a message when I made the first call and he was back to me in less than 30 minutes.

 

Almost all of my mods came from Clay! I am awaiting my MBRP 4'' to be shipped but I know RRE is this weekend and shipping may be delayed. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Clay and that's why I continue to only shop at Riffraff! Thanks Clay!
