Two pulls to open the door???

Two pulls to open the door???
If I use my remote to unlock my 2013 F150 FX4 it takes two pulls on the door handle to open the door. The first pull doesn't do anything I can notice, then the second one opens the door. Is that the way it's supposed to work?

I sent a PM to the new Ford Service Rep and they said they couldn't find anything about that in the Owner's Manual, either could I, and that I should take it to the dealer to have them look at it.
It's not a real serious problem so I don't know when I'll make time to get it in.

It's a known issue, the latch release rod was not adjusted correctly at the factory. Takes about a half hour per door to fix.

My 13 SCREW did it (came back), when I took it in for a oil change, service guy found a new ticket on it. They fixed it and it is now happening again...... only on the passenger doors though, not drivers.

The dealer replaced the door lock actuator and fixed the problem, now the door opens on the first pull.
NOTE: My door was only needing two pulls after it was unlocked with the remote. It would open with one pull if it wasn't locked.
