I'm looking for a shifter lever arm for my 78f250 ,c6,power steering, non-tilt, that's is real good condition with no rust or pitting. I don't see them for sale anywhere. Does anyone know where I can buy one new? or if someone has one they want to part with. I don't need an all used up one I already own one of those.
You're looking for the gearshift, correct?
Lever, gearshift
Fits 78 E/F100-350 w/ adjustable steering column
D6OZ-7210-B
Parts International, Farmers Branch, TX has 2 (972) 241-8730
Kinsel Lincoln-Mercury and Antique Auto Arlington also show two but these three companies are tied together so it's probably the same two pieces.
Bob Allen also shows two in stock but unless you're leasing an apartment in Ft Knox, Bob Allen will be waaay too much.
Also note, if you're scouring the salvage yards for one, a '78 Econoline with tilt will work too.
The correct P/N for non-tilt is D8TZ-7210-A Unfortunately I couldn't locate any.
However, I did locate D8TZ-7210-B. I'll contact Numberdummy and see if that's a superseding part number and let you know.
