Slow starting help

Well, im not even sure to begin with this. In my 03 6.0, i have been having a slow start issue. It usually would just happen in my tune, but not all the time. Now it seems to happen pretty much every time i start the truck. The engine cranks fast, but when it catches sometimes it takes up to 10 seconds to get to idle speed. Last week i had a oil cooler and ipr put in (ford parts) and he also replaced the hpop cover gaskets. It seems to have gotten worse after all of that, not sure why. Today at a job i was parked slightly uphill, and that was the slowest start ive seen. I wasnt even sure if it caught at first. No codes, not sure exactly what i should be looking at for ICP/IPR but in these 2 videos i had them selected. I have a few friends with AE so i can probably get it hooked up to that as long as my truck keeps starting

Yea..it really didn't do it in either of those videos, and now that I'm back in stock tune it doesn't do it at all.

FICM looks good hows the batts? in the second pic was the truck idoling rough I know you kick up the RPM but was it rough. also on the ICP koeo and start what do you have?
