Regular gas in tank.
Truck had 1/4 tank of diesel left and was topped off by dealer. It was driven about two miles. Should I demand a new truck? Truck was brand new.

New truck. You paid what, $50k - 60k out the door? If they can't put diesel in a diesel I wouldn't trust them on the rework. Give me a new truck. (except that if it is a 2013 they probably won't be able to find the exact same vehicle and it's too late to order a 2013.....morons.)

there is a bulliten about requirements to repair gas in fuel, min is a complete fuel system.

Feel sorry for the guy that buys this truck. Would the dealer disclose this problem or just re-sell it as new?
