Need correct wheel size offset

I have looked but can not seem to find my answer....if there is a thread on this please point me in the right direction.

I have a 2012 CC 4x4 I will be putting a 2.5" ready lift leveling kit and running 35's

I have found a set of wheels I really like but I wanna make sure they will work.....I plan on buying the wheels now but will not be installing them for a while or when my tires are worn out......truck only has 7k on the odometer..... So I need to make sure the wheel is the correct size.

I am going to run a 20" wheel so I need to know how wide and the correct offset......I really like the offset that gives the wheel that "deep" look with a large lip.
