On board navigation

I have a 2013 F350 with factory navigation/SYNC. The GPS maps are often way off. Last night, I was going to a high school football game and the map showed me way off the highway, paralleling it. I did a " Find Destination " and it had no idea where to go ( lucky I did ). Is there a download to help accuracy? I just had SYNC updated but the navigation is still way off. Oh, this happens mainly on secondary roads, major highways seem to be OK.

On my 2013 I have a love hate relationship with the nav system but I have found the maps to be as good as my Garmin GPS. It may be in our area the maping may not be right, I think they all use the same base maps, even when I was using my Garmin I found area's that were wrong.
What I don't like is using the voice comands when using it , in the TV adds they make it look so easy but in real life well lets say I say a few things to it that I know it doesn't understand.

I don't like the factory nav either. It has been wrong enough that I don't use it anymore. I have had to carry my maps wherever I go. If I decide to keep this truck I will put in a Kenwood system, that worked really great in my '08.
