MCHAN IS THE MAN!

Full engine wiring harness = 4C3Z-12B637-AA or 4C3Z-12B637-CA (mid & late 2004 model year)

4C3Z-12B637-AA - MSRP $565.81

4C3Z-12B637-CA - MSRP $805.53

wHAT IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE THAT CAUSES THE PRICE INCREASE BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM

BELIEVE I AM AN 03/2004 BUILD

That's a good question, but there are a few differences in the late 04 motors, just not sure there's that much difference--LOL. With your build date I think I'd have it run by VIN to make sure which is the right one.

Follow the main engine wiring harness from the middle connector of the PCM until you locate the white harness ID tag. You will be looking for a Navistar ID number. If yours is 1844262C93, the correct part number is 4C3Z-12B637-AA. If it reads 1846377C92, the correct part number is 4C3Z-12B637-CA.

Even with the VIN entered, it still lists both numbers in either HvBOM or Microcat. The only way to determine the correct one is to locate and identify the Navistar ID tag number as referenced in the above post.
