Coolant filter system

I wouldn't be comfortable with a full time inline filter on my truck. Regular maint and flushes along with a bypass filter seems to be doing the trick just fine and is proven to work. Nobody knows what effect this would have on the cooling system as it's not designed for one.

I have a sinister filter system that attaches to two lines. This will void my warranty? I bought the truck used and have the warranty through Ford, the premium plan.
A new exhaust doesn't void my warranty does it? I'm putting on the 5 in turbo back exhaust to replace the stock exhaust

Depending on the warranty claim, many dealers will not work on a vehicle with the emmisions equipment modified or removed.
