I just bought a new 2013 F150 XLT and a couple days later, as I was walking up the street with my daughter, I noticed something at a distance that I had not seen when first inspecting the vehicle to purchase. The whole truck, and especially the bed was not level. The right rear side of the vehicle is ~1 1/2" higher, measure from top of tire to the peak of the fender than on the left, and the front right is ~3/4" taller. Now, I know that you're not ever going to get a perfectly level vehicle, but this seems a bit extreme to me and the look of it from about 20 ft. away bothers me.
I took it to my local dealer to check and they basically said, "It's normal" and didn't want to do anything about it.
Any ideas on whether or not this is a valid and/or fixable issue, or is this just something that I'm going to have to live with?

Not an expert by any means, but that seem wrong. The front should be lower than the rear, sure, but for one side of the rear to be high, and one side of the front to be high.... ????? I've just never heard of that outside of the truck being loaded down in some way. If its empty, the rear springs are the same on both sides and the front springs are the same left and right as well.
I had the same problem, however it was on my F250 with the snow plow package. I ended up putting on a ready rear lift "2, sits nice now. I don't think the put snow plow packages on 150, do they??? if so, you can level out the rear easy.
Just a thought... do you have a full tank of gas? I know my truck has about a 1" difference from right to left with a full tank of gas.
Also, try taking a measurement from the ground to your fender. Different tire pressure may have some effect on your measurements. I would also compare the measurements with a full tank of gas vs. an almost empty tank.
If you have a 36 gal tank that's roughly 216 lbs sitting off center to the truck and a 26 gal tank would be roughly 156 lbs off center.
if your dealer is claiming this to be normal, then i would challenge them to find another new truck on their lot that sits that much lower on one side than the other.
my explorer sits that much lower on one side ... but it's got 165k miles on it ... and i've beat the tar out of the poor springs so the DS is worn out.
I also recently got a 2013 FX4. I noticed the same thing, except my right side is lower by about 3/4" to 1". I checked the rear fender measurements and the gap from the fender to the tire. Both measurements are off. I haven't taken it in yet but will just to see what they say.
Took it to the dealer I bought it at and left it with them. I spoke with the service manager and we looked at it together and he agreed that it seemed off kilter. They called the next morning and told me that nothing was wrong and that both sides measured even from the ground to the wheel well. I asked them to measure from the tire to the wheel well as I had and they called back saying it was within 1/2" of each other. I told the service manager I wanted to measure it when I got there with him present.
In the meantime, I called Ford customer service and was given a case number and told someone would call me in 4-5 business days (still within that time as of now). When I got to the dealer that afternoon, lo and behold, it was even, but it looked completely different. They swear that they didn't do anything to it, but I'm not buying it. Either way, the truck is right now and I'm happy enough, except for all the run-around. Hope it's not a foreshadowing of future experiences...

This is a good thought. I'll have to check to see if this is the issue, though when I dropped it at the dealer, it was tilted and the next day (after swearing they didn't do anything) it was level, with roughly the same gas in the tank...
another thing i noticed with my truck was that my tire sticks out further on one side vs. the other in the rear... not trying to get you to notice other things. I've noticed it and looking down the side of the truck the bed seems to be aligned with the cab. all 4 tires are wearing evenly so i just dont' let it bother me.
