V10 coolant service

In searching I've been able to come up with threads on diesel cooling system service, but not on the V10.
Its time to change coolant in my 08 and I'm looking for recommendations on what type of coolant to use, and also any tips on doing it yourself.

I just went to the Ford dealer and they had a machine that flushed and refilled similar to a tranny fluid exchange machine. It was a pretty neat setup.
