Soaked plugs overnight with Kroil, next morning "crack" them an 1/8 of a turn (50 to 55 LBS torque before they pop) and let them soaked another 30 minutes. Blow out the kroil with compress air.
Work the plugs back and forth a few times, none broke patience is key, hand tools all the way. Torque to 25 lbs.
