So far I have replaced:
Fuel pump
Lines from fuel bowl to fuel pump (no leaks)
Confirmed the fuel bowl is not leaking at any point
Replaced the fuel lines from the FPR to the heads (No leaks there)
Now it is leaking from the bottom of the engine. Is there a fuel line down there? It is coming from the drivers side of the engine and is so bad now that it is a light stream of fuel. At 3.29 a gallon I can not afford this
As soon as one leak gets fixed another springs up! What in the h*ll is going on!?!?!?!?!? Any ideas? Anyone else ever had an issue like this?
did you check that little plug sensor thing on the side of the fuel canister?? that's where my leak is!!! make sure that first of all the plug didn't fall off the sensor (my original problem) or that fuel isn't leaking from the sensor or plug itself (my current issue)

I am going to have to double check now. You and a few others keep coming back to this sensor. I have checked the bowl as best I can but will give it another look tomorrow.
Check the lines where they enter the rear of the heads.
When you replaced the pump you could of disturbed the seal in the line fitting. Also check the quick connects on front of motor.

Hey Bill,
I will check the quick connects at the front.

Since we are on the topic of fuel leaks... Mine drips for 5-6 seconds at start up and thats it. Any ideas? Funny thing was it stopped when my injector orings went out and now its back since I've replaced them. Any ideas besides that darn weep hole on the pump?
No I haven't checked the weep.... I've been putting it off since I've owned the truck. I was just curious as why it only does it at startup and not when its running. It's pry the weep. It'll get fixed in time.
Well I also should check the bottom of the canister, it could also have a one or(some) weep hole there because of corrosion and be the cause of the leak, not only at the NORMAL points: cap, FPR, ECT.
And for drips for 5-6 seconds at start up, maybe it continuous leaking but the fuel evaporates?.
