Climate control error 25 (self-diagnostic)

Hello!
Yesterday I've lost my climate control. It blows only hot and only to DEF and FLOOR no any reactions to position and temperature switcher.
Before this I've lost right front wheel liner (don't know how it is correct - it is plastic cover above the wheel) in the deep pit.

Ford Explorer 1996 Eddie Bauer. 4L Engine.

I've found two thin pipes coming to the wheel arch.

Gray one goes to the vacuum valve

Black one is very short and looks broken. But I can't find any place where it should be. Also there is a red pipe (I suppose it is a pipe) that don't connect anywhere.

I'm sure that the problem is in vacuum system. Please help me restore it as it was

P.S.There are many posts about "Black ball - vacuum tank" but I can't find this in my car at all. 4wd works well also.

Problem solved!

Red pipe should be connected with think black pipe from second photo. Looks like I lose this part of pipe when wheel liner was teared.
