Help: Engine Surging

Ok guys hope you can give some insight.
2005 F250 145,000 Bone stock, new batteries 3mths ago, rottela t-6 4k miles ago.

2 days ago sitting at red light RPM surging between 600-900rpm. Get onto the HWY and can feel a slight hesitation at 65mph, no biggie. Off the HWY on to a city street, go to get into the gas and there is no throttle. Push it all the way to the floor and get nothing but an idle out of it, strange. I let out of it and keep coasting down the road and few seconds later throttle comes back but still some hesitation and then wham, it launches with some slight surge. I get home and pull in the drive, it acts as if its about to die and then goes back to normal idle.

Get in this A.M. and no issues on the 15 min drive to work. Leave work this eve and there it is at the same red light, surging issues again.

I have an EDGE Insight and Ive been getting Cam Shaft Position Sensor Fault so I head straight to dealership and pick up the new CPS. Doesnt help, same issue. I might add that also I have 0404 EGR valve positioner control fault, 0672 cylinder 2 glow plug circuit fault, 0676 cylinder 6 fault, and 0677 cylinder 7 glow plug circuit fault.
What Ive gathered is it only happens at full operating temp 190*. And I have noticed the VGT at some points will go full 85% and hold for a bit.

I pulled the readings I could w the insight
Idle 2500RPM
Baro 14.8 14.8
MAP 15PSI 17PSI
EBP 2 6
VGT 72% 43%
FICM V 48 48
ICP 575 1480
ICP V .9 1.8
APP 0% 15%
MAF .3 .3

In the A.M. I will definitely pickup a new ICP sensor and try that. Any info would be great. I know its a long post but I wanted to be as thorough as possible. I will also say I have never had a single issue with the truck, not one single issue. I've recently started hauling a 5k lb boat on a 150mile hike on the weekends but no issues until now. Last haul was a week ago. May or may not have anything to do with it, but thought I might add that in there. Thanks

I have seen Cheezit mention unplugging the EBP sensor when it is surging and if the surging stops suspect a bad VGT valve.

You nailed it Toothpick. Changed the EBP and cleaned the tube. Back on the road again. Its crazy how that sensor can affect the throttle not working. Once again FTE pays! Thanks!
