Starter problem???

I really hope I did this right but I upload pictures to my album and explained what I need help with on there. If you could please kindly take a look at it and try to help me figure out what is wrong, I would greatly appreciate it!
I have had 2 mechanics look at it, family, and friends as well and we are all stuck.

I added this after I did the pictures so it might not make sense right now but after looking at it, it should be clearer.
***Note***
This is my 3rd rebuilt starter.
I have gotten it to start twice before (not with this current starter) and after turning it off, it would not start up again. One time it made a light click noise with the first starter. The next time with the second starter, it made a loud clicking noise. With that same second starter, I had my brother come by to help me out. We used his battery and as soon as we hooked it up, the horn was sounding, my windshield wipers were going, and we could hear the fuel pump fan going. Now a really weird thing also happened where my (small) red wire burn out when we did this. Everyone I have talked to does not seem to know what this is either.
I watched some youtube videos and saw it could be my alternator causing this and I thought that for some time now. My brother keeps telling me it’s not the alternator but I think it’s a possibility. My battery seems to drain as well.
I have charged my battery twice and both times they said it was good. I even bought a new battery and it still did not work. I tried jumping it and nothing. Lights come on so I do not believe it is the battery. And where do the ground wires actually go?

One of your battery cable ends isn't making a good connection. Check the ends of both cables, remove, clean, and reinstall them.

I have to agree. I just went thru this on my 2000. Your best bet is to completely disconnect the positive cable and thoroughly inspect it. It saved me yanking my new starter off and chasing my tail.

Thanks for replying guys! Before I saw your post, I tried taking a screw driver to my starter relay and it started! I then went to the auto part store to get a new relay but everything they have is not fitting correctly. Also, the parts guy said I had my wires wrong. How did it start then? He switched them and it still started with the screw driver. Can you tell me if I did them correctly on my pictures? I am going to go down and test my ignition plug to see if that is an good with a circuit tester. I live in Texas and its way way too hot to even walk to my truck much less work on it during the day.

I will also check my positive cables again but they look like they are in good condition. I will post back in a little while. Thanks again!

OK guys... sorry for not posting sooner like I said but things get in the way when you have kids.

Here comes some bad news. I have multiple fuses not reading in the engine and interior fuse boxes. I checked them with a circuit tester and visually inspected the fuses. The fuses themselves are fine but I think its my fuse box that needs to be replaced. I looked online and see that others with a navigator have had similar issues. What do you think?
