Misky your probebly right, I just did the drivers side,so I wouldent weld my buckle to the wrangler snap, dont for get to use alittle dio grease back on the connections that helps slip snap those connections in, also I used 2 1x2 one for cross brace and one to press up to snap.me and Arther ritez dont get along these days
I guess safety first dictates that you disconnect the batteries. Must admit that I didn't, and I've had that thing out of there 3 or 4 times. The connectors are so well shielded that I can't imagine how you could short it out.
If you're going to disconnect them, there is no point in only doing one. You have to do both or you haven't cut the power.
My connectors came off fairly easy wouldn't think they would be that bad to put back in. So a little dielectric grease is a good idea. Sounds like a plan. Thanks guys.
The only Other hard part is the Degus bracket ( I lost hide), just move the degus out of the way put some rubber close offs or caps on the hose and watch the bracket, the back bolt was apita make sure the rubber gromits are back on for shock movement(vibration).
