P0299 code
My trans sensor would go retarded as it heat up
Get all 4 BARO MAP EBP EGRVolt at each time and For all 4 @ KOEO--Low Idle--High idle
Cold: :KOEO = 0.0
Hot :KOEO = 0.0
Cold: Low Idle = 0.0
Hot :Low Idle = .1
Cold: High Idle = 0.0
Hot : High Idle = .1
I'll have to grab COLD Low and HIGH Idle values for MAP & BARO tonight once the engine cools down.
Other than those...
The EGV values certainly do not meet the range parameters according to the chart you gave Benny. Where do we go from here?

Your Numbers show the EGR Valve dint Move
<table width="543" dir="LTR" border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="7"><tbody><tr><td width="20%" height="3" valign="TOP"> EGRVP
</td><td width="20%" height="3" valign="TOP">EGR Valve Position
</td><td width="20%" height="3" valign="TOP">0.8
</td><td width="20%" height="3" valign="TOP">0.8 - 1.0
</td><td width="20%" height="3" valign="TOP">1.3
</td></tr></tbody></table>
So if the EGr Valve didn't open that's 1 towards a reason for High EBP
Don't forget to Watch EBP Cold and Hot If it still Has Drastic swings HOT vs Cold then I wouldn't trust it
SENSOR OPERATING VALUES PDF

You can check them Too^^
EGR Duty Cycle %:
KOEO: = 0
Low Idle = 33
High Idle= 43
EGR Valve Position %:
KOEO: = 0
Low Idle: = 11
High Idle: = 30
I input the EGR Valve Position (mm), and NO values, nada appeared on my ScanGauge screen. I triple checked the codes. so I'm thinking it just don't apply to my engine. SAE-vs-Metric?
BARO:
KOEO: = 14.4
Low Idle: = 14.4
High Idle:= 14.4
These are exactly the same as engine at operating temp values.
MAP:
KOEO: = 14.5
Low Idle: = 14.8
High Idle: = 21.7
These are slightly different from engine at operating temp values

Thanks in advance. Remember....you can give a kid a fish and feed him for a meal, or teach a kid to fish and he'll sit in the boat and drink beer all day.

It had Drastic change Hot and Cold
Take EBP Again like you did the Above sensors
P0299 C* Turbo / Super Charger Underboost Fault sets when the difference between EP and
commanded EP exceeds the limit for > 30 seconds.
Faulty EP sensor, VGT control valve slow to respond, Stuck VGT
valve, faulty PCM.

During my P0299 battle recently, I replaced my EBP sensor. After I installed the new EBP sensor, if I recall correctly, the readings were only normal after warm up. When cold, the readings were significantly higher at high idle (high 20's if I recall). The new sensor did not fix my P0299 and I opened my turbo last week to find a stuck unison ring. I haven't checked my cold soak high idle EBP readings since reinstalling the turbo, but I'll check it once the truck has cold soaked again.
BTW after reconditioning and reinstalling the turbo, I haven't see the P0299 return and the truck runs so much smoother. Throttle response is what it should be now.
Not a Couple today and Some Tommorrow Don't mean to Be Harsh I not trying to be I know we have a Couple Programming errors on SGII to work out yet
The Deal is Were Looking at Sensor Values and When we see one out of Whack We Must See the Other sensor/actuators Down the Line to see If another Sensor/Actuator is Causing the problem
Its just a Chain of Events
And EGR Valve Position Should be a Voltage reading Not Percent The Ford Values I have dnt show EGR Position as percent
Il post a SGII Code if I can find it
EGV 07E022167E 04620516067E 3010 000133330000
this is EGR Valve Duty Cycle % Check this Code In SGII yours are about Double what he Value calls in post #20
EGR 07E022166E 04620516066E 3010 006440000000
