Abnormal Tire Wear

My 00 7.3 is wearing faster on the outside than on the inside. In addition to that, the front right tire is wearing faster than the front left. Am I in need of alignment?

I would take it in and have it checked. More than likely you have some worn items up front and it is throwing everything off. Is it a 2WD or 4WD rig?

It's 4wd. I replaced the tie rod ends, one of the hubs, ball joints, u-joints, and steering box.

I hope you went for a alignment after all of that....

I would say bad ball joint, but if they have been changed. Same question. was everything aligned when all of the work was done? If so, get it recheck at a different place (imo).

My 4X4 front end is all snuggems... but I still get tire wear at 5000 miles. Rotation and proper inflation are the only viable solutions I've come up with so far. The tire guys tell me this is SOP on that era of Superduty.
