new head or new engine
my 1999 expedition with 5.4 liter is leaking water in the oil it has 185000 miles on it is it worth putting heads on or does it need rebuilding please help

Just replace the intake manifold gasket.

The intake manifold is know to leak, and when it does it opens a passageway from the cooling system to the crankcase. The chance of it being just the intake gasket is extremely high. Feel free to do some searching on the issue here and you will find others that had the same problem.

intake
it would be alot cheaper to repair i might get the aluminum INTAKE and 70mm throttle body to let her breath a little better thanks for the info
