Exclamation HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2000 F-350 powerstroke 4x4 crewcab SRW with 95,500 miles I bought new. The truck is pretty much stock other than 315/75/16 tires and some recent changes in the last year, Dual 4" Diamond eye exhaust w 4" downpipe turbo back with no cat converter, Volant cold air intake, Radcliff's oil and fuel crossover lines and a Edge CTS insight monitor. In 2009, I had to replace the HPOP seal on this truck and since it has not had the power it did and loss of mpg. I had a Ford tech check the truck out, and he said everthing was it Ford's specs. I have Been trying to diagnose what is causing the lack of power. I thought it was the seal since that is when I noticed the loss of power, but other people have brought forward possible other causes - fuel screen stopped up, weak torque convertor, exhaust leak etc. I got the CTS insight to monitor EGT, Boost, Oil temp, and trans temp. Someone asked me in my other post, about MAP, ICP,IPR, IPW, Boost Exh. backpressure at Idle and at WOT. I am new to all the Guages. What do I need to monitor? What are the min and max? What are Ford's Specs? How can I use these to help me diagnose what might be causing me problem? What else do I need to know or input you can give me to help me? I thought the replacement of the seal was the cause of power loss, be it is getting more complicated the more people I talk to. I would like to fix it restore it back the was it was before the power loss. The start playing with a programmer or chip to get the most potenial power out of the truck while keeping it safe and not blowing it up. This is my first diesel truck and I still learning and need all the help I can get.
Below are some of the values I have gotten from the CTS insight in the last few days.
At Idle: WOT:
MAP: 14 MAP: 30
Exhaust BackPressure: 16 Back Press: 32
ICP: 600-650 ICP: 2880
IPR:14.5 Boost: 16
IWP: 2.65

With the key on, but engine not running, I'm curious about EBP and MAP... they should be near-identical.

Your IPR and ICP are from an engine not completely warmed up, or a lying Engine Oil Temperature sensor. Make sure your truck is completely warm before taking performance readings. Once the engine is warm, then I'm curious about the readings of each of these at idle and WOT:

ICP
IPR
Fuel Injector Pulse Width (That "IWP 2.65" looks like a stock-tuned FIPW)

Don't trust Ford. I know its hard for some people to here that but they will re-flash your PCM sometimes and ruin your power output. Read tugly's post above, he knows how to test these sensors for sure.

16 psi boost was at WOT, I was trying to read some of the other readings and watch for deer crossing the road. 16 psi was the Highest I noticed running WOT, 3rd gear (automatic tansmission) @ about 75 mph before it shifted gears. IPR and IWP readings I didn't get at WOT - didn't have them on screen at hte time. Idle readings were at cold start up. So you are saying a boost of 16 psi is low? Ford tech told me that ford's specs on boost were 15-18 psi, but this was the only figure of ford's specs he gave me. He said the truck met all of ford's specs.

As for ford reflashing the computer, I tried to keep it out of fords service dept unless it was a recall. only one comes to mind, about 18 monthes ago. 3 Days to do a 15 minute job replacing the cruse control switch. I also told them when I did take it in once or twice, to leave the computer alone, didn't want anything to happen to the power and mpg I was getting. MPG I dropped myself when I put 315 tires on but just 2.5 mpg. Power was fine til the HPOP seal was changed, noticed a reduction in power and mpg even after changing back to stock tires mpg did not change from the mpg with the 315 tires. I tried taking the battery cables loose over a couple of days to let the computer reset. but in the the last 10 monthes I had ford try to reflash it to see if it would help restore it back the way it was before the seal change, but no luck either way.

If they reflashed it they changed it. A reseal won't change the PCM tune. You should of just put in T500 HPOP and be done with it. Where you at? Maybe someone around you can put your truck on a scanner and tell you whats going on. You could buy a good custom tuner also.

Your numbers look normal for a stock truck, including boost. 2,880 ICP at WOT on flat ground on stock tuning is great so it doesn't look like there's anything wrong with your HPOP.

With those boost levels you probably don't have a boost leak, but it wouldn't hurt to check all 6 boots to make sure they're snug and make sure there is no soot at your up pipes. You won't be able to monitor EGT or fuel pressure unless you buy separate sending units for them.

I don't see any replies saying that. 16 PSI boost is on par. I am curious about your IPR at WOT. If the ICP is having issues and it says you're getting 2880 PSI at WOT, but your IPR is... say... 30% or 25%, then I dare say your ICP is lying (not uncommon). This would make the vehicle anemic. If your IPR at WOT is going into the clouds with... say... 60%, then you likely have an internal oil leak. The target is about 40% IPR at WOT with 2800 PSI ICP.

As for your fuel economy drop with the bigger tires - this can whack your fuel economy, but the biggest loss is typically because the tires make the odometer inaccurate.
